I’m 5 foot 9.5 inches and wear jeans with a 30-31 inch inseam. Thoughts? Too big?

You are 0.5" taller than I.

Are you asking if bike is too big or you are too big?

This size has plenty of drop
Next smaller size is 650 wheels

Yeah, I’m curious of it would fit. You say you’re 5’9’'? Seems like it will fit. But this is not a complete bike?
