2010 Cervelo Site Up

New Cervelo site is online. Showing the 2010 models. Nothing new or surprising - just different colors and options.

I’m really digging the new color schemes. I like the P3 and the P2 for 2010. And I’ll (hopefully) be in the market next year, so I’m pretty pumped about these!

Wise revamp of the P4 Scheme. That old “P4” on the down-tube was just dumb.

q rings on their top models. makes you wonder if a non round shape is ideal. isnt shimano getting onto the q ring boat?

P3’s new color scheme is just like the Cannondale Slice, looks great but kind of a rip off. But thank God they got rid of the Ohio State color for the P2, being a Michigan fan I couldn’t bring myself to get that bike!

Gotta wonder how much “better” aerowise the p4 is that the p3 with the p4 fork. 3600 retail for the p3 ultegra seems like an awesome deal.

Overall the best color schemes ever but i don´t like what they done with R3SL and R3.

depends on the p4 bottle/toolkit saves you a bottle/toolkit in the wind or not =)

Being an LSU fan, we’re comfortable enough in our ability to whip-up on OSU, so it didn’t bug me too much that it was Ohio State colors. I bothered me more that Scarlet/Grey together was just ugly. Almost as ugly as Maize and Blue

(I kid, I kid!!!)

Sadly, I must agree. Next year’s P4 is a prettier bike than the original. And the (relatively understated) Cervelo on the downtube, and VERY understated one on the fork, are both big aesthetic improvements.

I really like the P3 paint scheme and $3600 for the Ultegra setup is a STEAL.

There’s a disconnect in their content.

The main pic for the P4 shows a non-integrated, P3-like headtube/fork setup. The detail shots show the 2010 paint scheme with the stealth Zipps and an integrated fork/headset. Very strange. They need to correct it to reflect reality (whichever version reflects what the actual 2010 P4 will arrive with).

Ha everyone kicks OSU’s ass if there not in the Big 10, looking forward to this year Michigan might finally win for the first time in some time. Just consider yourself lucky that UM was stupid and asked Les to come home too soon otherwise he would be rocking those ugly maize and blue, haha!

Oh my god they look fucking terrible! Felt rip offs almost… So glad I got my 2009 S2 when I did, they had it perfect with the wings designs.

The integrated aero-headset is ONLY for use with the 3T Ventus, which is now banned by the UCI, hence the update to the regular headset & stem on the 2010 version.

There is also a difference, if you look at the spec options, for what comes with the Dura-Ace Team Edition bike (for $14,500) and the SRAM Red bike (for $7,000).

Anybody know why the price hikes for the road bikes (especially the S2)? It looks like the TT bikes stayed the same and the P3 went down a significant amount. (Talking about bare frameset prices)

What really surprised me is that the price on the P4 has actually decreased. I believe the frame was $4800 MSRP and now it is $4600.

The complete bike is now $6000. I think it was $6800. Not sure what changes in components took place.

The P4 looks a lot nicer in 2010 then the 2009 model.

I agree, I think the color schemes with a few exceptions are an improvement form last year. The new P4 is worlds better, as has been stated the old giant “P4” on the down tube was full of itself.

Hands down though, I think the 2010 P3 is beautiful, I love that SL-K crankset.

P2 looks ok, 2800 for Ultegra is nice
P3 looks pretty good, not the best design
P4 is SICKKKKK…wish I wasn’t a poor grad student.

Digging the S2.

$3250CDN for a P2 Ultegra though … great bike and still cheaper than when it was first released, but I’m glad I got my P2 Ultegra last year for $2700CDN, I don’t see any significant component upgrades. Resale value just went up!
