I am looking at the Specialized Transition Pro and after trading in the wheelset the difference is $300 more for the 2009. The 2008 is 7800 Dura-Ace and the 2009 is SRAM Red. I’m leaning toward the 2009.
Opinions? Which model is better?

The seatpost collar is fixed for 2009.
I’m on my third 2008 s-works transition. The first two both had cracked seatpost collars. One reason the bike was delayed in the first place was the seatpost collar. That will be $300 well spent. 
Plus, that’s less than the difference between 7800 and Red anyway…
Thank you guys. What about the difference in bars? 2009 is visiontech and 2008 is an in-house base and Zipp clip-ons.
The basebar on the '08 is very blah… along with those carbon break levers…
I also had a frame crack around the seat collar. Specialized was great about sending a replacement though.
If I were you, I would pull the trigger on the 2009.
