So Dave or anyone who knows… Is it only the color change (as well as Z99 instead of 808s) to DA? And is B12 a replacement to B2?
Here it is from the magazine…

I thought B12 was a vitamin!!!
Pics?
Sorry but you have to wait for october issue of triathlete…
Z99s? So are we looking at a $10k+ bike here?
tease
.
SuperDave gave away a pretty strong hint a couple of weeks ago
interesting… hadn’t seen that.
Wonder if it’ll be natural carbon finish w/ slipstream blue and white lettering or an honest-to-God blue frame.
Sub $10K on the DA.
Expanded line-up overall.
If you like black/gold then good news but I am glad what i have now.
I don’t know the price but unlike QR promo pictures, those Z99s are coming with the DA because just like the current 808s they have special matching decals and noted as “Special Edition for Felt DA” on them. Let’s see Felt DA came to the market with tag $7250 when the most expensive price tag on a stock retail bike was $5000 Now that most brands have a $7000 tag on their top of the line models (Orca, Jamis, Specialized etc.) why not raise the bar (and price)?
The perfect bike for the Pittsburgh Tri Series; it’s the Pittsburgh team bike…GO STEELERS
.
Wow, I didn’t know that magazine was on the news stands or in the hands of subscribers.
The DA undergos more changes than just the obvious Z99 wheelset.
The B2 makes its return, perhaps there was a typo ![]()
Any news on a single speed(s)?

Looks sweet… I like the gold trim, but I’ll have to wait to see it in person. The black white thing is cool, but has been done to death at this point. Interesting you’re spec’ing the disc rear. Without question a faster wheelset, but not legal in Kona, which means if you’re fast and rich enough to own one… you’ve got to come up w/ an 808 rear as well.
Geometry looks the same (not that you can see much from that photo)… what else has changed? Did it shed some weight? It was pretty light to begin with.
And… what’s going on with the road frames??? Inquiring minds want to know!

Oh… there was no typo with the B12 unless you guys printed wrong on the down tube ![]()
What is different? looks like the same components so far but the actual one might come with SRAM red??? Or is it lighter? PLEASE TELL!!!
So rather than a full spread picture of the bike, why not a one page of the bike and use the other page to give evidence that they have the “world’s fastest bike.”
Cause right now I’m not believing it.

Oh, that’s an October issue supposed to be on newstands after Kona. They know Jones and Deboom will clinch the voctory ![]()
What is the timeframe on the single speeds? And are the various versions going to be road geometry or track geometry?
I am curious about the “Special Edition for Felt” Zipps.
Does special edition mean they have gold stickers (whoopee) or have they been optimized for the DA frame?

Correct me superdave if I am wrong…
From the 2007 model, special edition is matching color and a little bit integrated price
For example, if you buy Z99 seperately you pay like $3600 but when you buy a Felt DA with Z99s they only add $3000 to the price. OK, I made up the amounts but you get the idea.
