This the sweet looking black set? Them are bitchin stoppers.
Will these work with any levers or do they need to be Campy?
I think the only black skeleton calipers are Record.
As was said, these are silver. They will work with any lever, not just Campy.
As an FYI,
Campy brakes do not have the quick release that Shimano brake calipers have. The release is integrated into the Campy levers. So, if you run Shimano levers with Campy brakes you will have a difficult time getting some tires in and out if you run pretty tight tolerances on your pads to rims.
Good point. I’ve run Cmapy so long I forget about those little things. But, if your brakes are set up properly, you shouldn’t need the quick release to get wheels in and out. Now, if you blow a spoke or have a terribly out of true wheel, then you need it.
As for the brakes, I have one commited buyer, just waiting on the Paypal.
