My wife’s 2005 P3SL, 51cm 650 wheels. New Cables/housing/chain as of August this year. Easton Force Carbon Base/Aero Bars, Shifters are Dura Ace 7900. Besides the upgraded front end the rest of the bike is stock. Chainrings are Dura Ace 7800 42/54.
Everything’s in great shape. My wife’s name on the top tube is a sticker that will come off easily. As many of you know, this bike is very fast and, with the proper race wheels, is crazy light.
Looking for $1200+shipping from Chattanooga, TN for bike with Selle Italia Flite Ti saddle; we’ll keep the adamo. pedals are not included.
This figures. I’ve been searching for this exact bike for 2 years. Last week I broke down and bought an old P3 (not sl) from a friend. Too bad all around.
I hope you get it sold if that’s what you want, but that bike a real treasure. That’s a very fast bike with the right components/wheels/engine (of course).
Total miles about 600.
I bought the bike used in 2008. At the time I purchased it I was told it has less than 300 miles including about 5 oly races and a couple HIM. Since then my wife has probably put about 50 training miles total on it and about 250 racing miles (6 oly races, couple sprints, and 1 HIM). The shifters, and housings were replaced last summer for ag nationals but she had a scheduling conflict and didn’t make it so they’ve only seen one race.
It really is a smashing deal on a fast and light bike for someone that rides 650’s.
