Selling my 54CM tri bike so I can buy one that fits me better. I’m 5’7" with a 29" inseam and the bike is slightly long in the top tube for me.

I have swapped out the Dura Ace Derailures for Ultegra (Saving the Dura Ace for my new build). New cables all around.
The seatpost is a felt aero. Seat is a Stella Italia Nova.
The bars are Profile design AluminX base bars with F-22 carbon areo bars. (Dura Ace Shifters) Stem is a felt aluminum 80MM. New bar tape all around.
Wheels are stock Alex ALX-320’s with bladed spokes. Brand new never ridden Hutchinson Carbon Comp tires.
