2002 Soloist Fork - How aero is it?

Here’s some questions (probably best answered by Mr. Vroomen, hopefully) about the fork that came stock on my 2002 Soloist.

Would it be worth it (from an aero standpoint) to replace this fork with a newer model (be it a Cervelo fork or another brand)…or would the difference be too small to make it worthwile? In other words, how good is it aerodynamically to begin with? If I were to replace it, any ideas on the best one to use?

The intended use is both road racing and TTs, but with the understanding that (within limits) aero is more important than weight (to me). Oh yeah…in anticipation of the USCF adopting UCI rules, I want to keep the fork UCI legal. Speaking of weight, does anyone have any idea of the weight of this fork? I haven’t had a chance to take it off and actually weigh it.

Thanks,
Tom A.
