Anyone setup a two bottle system on their Sitero Saddle or is this possible?
Thanks

You can remove the plastic piece on the sitero that holds the one bottle. I would expect any of the rear dual bottle stuff to fit.
this looks like the best option. http://www.xlab-usa.com/super-wing.html
All of our saddle rail mounted dual rear carries fit on the Sitero saddle. Turbo Wing, Super Wing, and Carbon Wing
is the super wing compatible to Sitero with carbon rails? are there 2 types of Super wing? for carbon or alloy?
thanks
I rented a tri bike this past weekend with a Sitero saddle, and the shop had no problems installing a double barrel Profile Design bottle holder on the back.
M-Wave 2 Bike Bottle Adaptor.
Does the Mini Wing work as well?
Yes if you have the titanium rail version. Haven’t tried putting on the Mini Bag, may be a bit of a squeeze, but the mounts will definitely go onto the rails no problem.
I have one of those fitted to a sitaero

As other have stated it is pretty simple to attach nearly anything that will go on a normal cage mount to the Sitero’s cage mount. However, if you have a Sitero on a Transition (and possibly other bikes) you may find that the cage mount will not attach to the Sitero due to the mount passing under the saddle because the top of the seat post gets in the way. I had to make a custom adapter that connected to the saddle and the then grabbed the back of the seat post on my transition. Strange that Specialized made a saddle that doesn’t always work cleanly on one of their older but very popular bikes.
bta+fuelselage=all you need. behind the saddle is slow and the bottles eject.
Candice,
For a Sitero on a P2, would I be better off with something like the Super Wing or Sonic Wing that attaches to the seat post? Not sure if one is a “better” or more sturdy option than the other?
Thanks!
Is your P2 an older one that has 2 small holes in the seatpost or is it a new one that has the one hole at the back?
There is not too much difference between mounting to the saddle vs seatpost. I personally like utilizing the seat post mount option when it is available as I think it looks cool/clean. I have a P2 with the 2-holes and use a Delta 300 vs a Delta 200 that mounts to the saddle.
It’s a 2011 and has the two holes in the post.
I agree that the seat post mount option looks cleaner, but someone has a seat mount option for a good price. So, form over dollars I guess now. I have the 2 of the Mini Wings as well, but haven’t figured out how those will fit quite yet.
Ah ok cool, well let me know if you have any other questions!
Did anyone else find too, that the Sitero rails are really quite short; meaning that they couldn’t get the forward seat angle they had with other saddles? I was really excited to get hold of a white one for my Trek SC, only to find this to be the case.
Luckily I was able to take it back to the Specialized store, and exchange it for other goodies.
Candice - When do you anticipate updating the brackets on the Carbon Wing to fit the Sitera Pro saddles with Carbon rails? Unfortunately, I bought the Carbon Wing thinking it would fit, and it doesn’t work.

No reason to mount to the rails if your saddle is SWAT compatible.

Sorry about that! The rails changed on the carbon rail saddles and Specialized made them flatter.
Engineering is definitely aware of this need…it is just a matter of priorities and where it can fit in. We are very small and can only work on a set amount of products at a time.
I personally would love to see something developed!
