My name is Joe Goss and I am the Aquatics Supervisor for the City of Palmdale. I am planning the Aquatics Divisions first Aquathon set for July 14th at Marie Kerr Pool. We will have a start time of 7:00 am possibly earlier depending upon registration. It will be our first attempt at what I hope to turn into a series. If you have any questions, comments or suggestions please let me know. I will be checking this thread often to answer any question you may have.

The Aquathon will consist of a 250 yard swim/ 1 mile run/ 250 yard swim. Another event people might be interested in is a transition prep course that will be put on on the 21st. of July
Sounds very fun. A little too far for me, but for anyone in the area–that is a very nice pool!

Is there a website for this? Would like to maybe ride on up there and do it or get a group and ride afterwards. Just need a little more notice. Great idea!!

We didnt do any advetising for this one so we can let’s say get our feet wet in the multi sport community.
