Anyone have experience with this frame? There is a deal out there on a new old-stock frame and I am having a difficult time finding information.
It’s a nice, solid, stiff, light and steep-angled frame. It’ll climb hills well and take corners okay. An all-around good deal, if it’s new old-stock. There was one on Ebay last week for 200 dollars, with the CarbonAero threadless fork.
I’m still riding a '98 Kilo Private Reserve, and it’s never given me a bit of trouble. Dan made those Kilo lines of frames good, back then.

Thanks, Tony!
I see deals like this and I start to wonder if I may be better off on an actual tri bike vs. a converted cx.

I had a TeQuilo, I believe 2000. Loved it until I wrapped it around a signal pole. Now I have a PiCanti and so far love it as well.
I am heavy and hard on that bike and felt it could handle anything. Herbert and Dan would know more about the specs. Good luck!
My main training ride is a 1998 TeQuilo with Ult drive train and syntace C2s upfront. I have probably logged over 10K miles over the life of the frame. The frame is solid as an AL 7005 should be without the harsh ride characteristics of the C’dales. My other bike is a TiPhoon, yet I still look forward to spins on the Tequilo.
