I have decided to pull my Zipp VumaChrono crankset off my CD0.1 because I felt I benefited more from having a powermeter while training and racing… The Zipp VumaChrono is 170mm and does not come with BB because I kept the BB for my Quarq.

I installed this crankset in March and has been kept on my race bike until August. Although Zipp has discontinued this crankset going forward, they will continue to support it and produce accessories for it (chainrings, etc). I would keep this crankset around for TTs, if I didn’t need the money.

Please contact Zipp to verify what I am about to say, but I believe a standard BB30 BB will work fine as that is what I used. There are spacers that will come with the crankset to fit with a BB30 BB. The spindle on the VumaChrono is 30mm wide.
