Right now I'm icing my knees after my first run in a long time. 15 minutes on the grass around the perimeter of the high school athletic field. This way I don't know how far or fast (slow) I ran. It felt great! No pain, no discomfort.
I'M BACK BABY!
I have four races planned this year, a sprint in july, sprint in august with a big downhil run, I'll have to be carefull, maybe just walk it back down the hill to the finish, and olympic in sept, and a du in october. I want to be competitive for the olympic and the du.
I MIGHT BE SLOW RIGHT NOW BUT I WON'T BE FOR LONG!
Aren’t you a little old to be experimenting with GRASS, Sweeney?
Hell yeah,
But I was 19 years old in 1969 and I have a house in Woodstock, so I’ve already had more than my share!
When I run long, 1 hour or more I run five minutes in the grass but I´m barefoot and some sprint run-back
.
I was gonna say… I can’t run at all much less for 15 minutes on grass.
Where are the stinkin’ Pringles, anyway?
