Run 7 miles in 10 deg F on snow up 1600ft to 3.5 mile turnaround. 1.5 hours.
I was feeling sluggish at this point but managed 100x 8 counts between 7 and 9pm. I kind of like the added step in the 8 count, it feels like an extra moment of rest before the push up.
It is funny how something so simple can have such strong endurance component.
That sounds like a training montage for a boxing match. You need to make a video and set it to 80’s music. Next time you do that run, carry a log across your back.
