Did the bike/run at the NO 70.3, (some would call me a lowly relay participant) Solid bike at 2:31, probably left too much out on the bike course. Crashed & burned in the run barely breaking 2 hours. Lots of walking fighting cramps the whole way.

Could barely walk monday & tuesday, ran 6 miles all week but got about 60 in on the bike, by thursday didn’t feel terrible but could still feel it in my legs. Took off friday completely.

Saturday morning (6 days after the 69.1) ran the Crescent City Classic 10K. Great conditions, didn’t feel bad and the legs felt OK. Time wasn’t too great at 41:23, buddy of mine that never beat me in his life passed me at 5 and I just had to let him go.

So the question is, from the all experienced slowtwich gurus, How much time did I lose from being 6 days out from the 69.1?
