Does anyone have any info regarding the H20 Temp at Disney? In other words wetsuit legal or not?

Water will definitely be > 78 degrees and most likely over 83 so I am planning on no wetsuit. It will be a long hot day - best not to start off getting cooked in a wetsuit.
on the website they say low-mid eighties for the water temp. I would say no wetsuit, even if you were allowed one, its way too hot.
