I haven't started a Lance thread yet so feeling a little left out. Thought I better get in quick....

Simple rules, did he or didn't he in your opinion? Yes or No answers.

Non of the other shit in the other threads - that's all bullshit...just did he or didn't he...plain and simple. This way we'll have a record of where you all sit when they finally prove...oh shit what are they gonna be able to prove..anyway...by the by.

(And yeah I know Eric I'm gonna regret this in the AM but you're the one who was moaning about a lack of pissed up postings....)

Not only did Lance Dope, in my opinion, but he was also a lead and contributing factor to encouraging others to dope, put pressure on his teams to dope, but then helped them dope smartly and to conceal their activities.

Not just a USER, but a PUSHER as well.

Hell yes. As well as a lot of other pro athletes from other sports. It helps with the force that holds protons and neutrons together (the weak force), and it gives things mass. Yes. And I'm not a hater. LA has some admirable qualities, and some less than desireable qualities. It saddens me that his attitude and PED ties takes away from the other great things he has done (cancer awareness, commitment to training and technology advances, etc), but if you dont think he doped, you're a little naive, IMO.

Yes. The greatest TdF rider and possibly the greatest doper ever (he never tested positive and hasn't been caught yet). I still give him tons of credit for making me a fan of cycling which paved the way to multisport.

I also believe he has convinced himself he didn't do anything wrong. For example, the autologous (sp?) blood doping -- "Hey, it's my blood, isn't it? How is that cheating? It's no different than using an altitude tent!"

Whatever happens, I don't think you'll ever get a mea culpa from him.

yes but only because he had a backdated prescription. and he knew there was no test for EPO in 1999. until 2004. when his positive epo test couldnt' be used against him.
