i know we've had discussions about finman and those of his ilk previously.

time to light that DY-NO-MITE again!

how about -this-?

she swims more than most ironman triathletes do, so it's conceivable that she's gearing up for her ironman debut in about 10 years.

It might help with the swim, and perhaps the run (bounce), but would definitely be a handicap on the bike.
