I've been having a bit of bad luck this winter with training. I keep getting sick, everything from the flu to a cold, ear infection and so on. I feel that I'm eating pretty good, (no fast food or pop). I just been doing alot of base training this off season, nothing hard at all zone 1 to 2 . I plan on doing Ironman Moo this year. I was just wondering if anyone has suggestion on something to take or do to keep away the doctor?
