Note there is a 250kb file size limit making posting an image a bit cumbersome. (What image today is less than 250kb?)

I've found the easiest way is to post the image to imgur.com and then you can just copy/paste it into your post.

It’s pretty annoying to try and meet this requirement from my phone.

Also flickr, although they tried to make it more difficult. If you open the bbcode string under sharing options you can chop off everything to the left and the right of the actual image URL and paste it in here using the image tags.
