Get in touch with the Hammerheads. They're on the Net somewhere. They are the local club in Miami. They have a pretty good Sunday ride out of S. Miami at 0700 that will give you 60-80 miles of flat, windy, roads in the oppressive heat of S. Florida. Send Gus Coll and email (collg@yahoo.com). Beware he's a pretty sarcastic guy :) It you are looking for a coach I recommend Body Zen with Lee Zohhlman. Lee turns out some pretty good athletes.

Hurricane triathlon on yahoo groups is worth e-mailing, Key Biscayne has allot of rider on the weekends but the loop is only about 10 miles . Let me know how you get on as I will be in Miami sometime in the next year. M
