stava privacy question

I can't believe I can't figure this out. But I created a new strava account and can't find the setting which doesn't allow other's to follow you unless you approve (they would get a 'request to follow' link). I know there used to be a privacy setting for this...

  • Non-Followers:

Additionally, some elements of your profile will no longer be clickable, such as the segments associated with your recent achievements, your followers count, last 4 week calendar widget, side-by-side comparison.
    • Will see aggregate data on your profile that includes distance/time/etc from activities.
    • Must request your approval before they can become your Follower.
