OK, we all have many of these so lets show refrain and just list your new #1 fav. mine is instead of struggling for 10 minutes trying to peel my flatted tire off , tape an exacto blade to the bike somewhere and just cut the tire , put your finger IN the tire and peel away 15 sec. boom done...

Wow, just pick one?

Well, after seeing about three pros in Hawaii lose part of the chin strap buckle on their helmet I adjusted mine to what was comfortable and then put a nice, neat wrap of vinyl electrical tape around the buckle.

I know, not very exciting, but you said only one....

I tape an American flag on my bike rack in the transition area. It's not required in T1 (mine's the only bike left), but it really helps me to find the right spot quickly in T2.
