I purchased a promotion wetsuit, and before even trying it on was terribly disappointed. I ordered the top end suit, power glide. It came in without the aqua grippers on the arms. When I called them, they were very confused. Finally a rep said that they can't make them with grippers in the USA plant, only overseas. But, don't worry, it's really only hype. Well, if it's hype, why do it and why charge me for it. If they are not going to make a suit with them, tell the customer.



I sent the suit back for a refund. It may be a good suit, but they won't get my business. Their customer service is not knowlegeable on their product, and I felt were rude to me.
