predictive training with wko?
I'm on a quest to try and ditch the traditional training plan and create or use something that matches me a little more personally. I'm completely amateur, 41 years old and a strong swimmer and cyclist, but am challenged running. I currently use Trainerroad and have done decently with that, but I'm looking for a system that can handle swim, bike and run (or at least bike and run) in a predictive format. I want to get beyond the traditional training plan concept. I've messed around with Xert for a little while, but am not sold on it. Does anybody use wko5 in this fashion? Are there graphs or charts that would lead me to decide when I do certain workouts, when I'm fatigued or when I need to test? Does a real system like this exist? Thanks for your help and ideas!
Andrew
