i hate it when i see paint jobs like this...i can never tell if the frame is a knock-off or not.

Looks like a P2c to me.

No its just the glare against the paint. if you blow it up, its definitely a C. However, the fork must be a replacement from a crash or something.

P2C's do not have bolts for mounting a water bottle holder on the seat tube.

Expensive bike to be racing in a crit???

at least I think so...
it comes out a bit more if it was an s5. but with DI2 and (looks like) firecrest wheels, thats a nice setup!
this is also the same race that saw this crash, so maybe that was in the back of my head when I wrote that....

you can have those tapped in pretty easily. I also don't see any cables, so he's definitely done some custom work on the frame in addition to the paint job.

1) seat post binder is wrong the S5 doesn't have the seat post binder at the back like that.
2) top tube is horizontal the S5 has a sloping top tube.
3) rear dropouts are horizontal the S5 has standard vertical dropouts
4) downtube has a significant gap to the wheel the S5 has a dropped downtube that's closer to the front wheel
5) the head tube junction is rounded on the leeward side the S5 has a very distinctive squared off head tube.

i'm always surprised that people elect to put a logo on a painted bike. honestly ... you custom-painted it. its YOURS. why put the logo back on?
unless you're getting a check, it seems like you're trying to prove something. YES, you're cool enough to have a custom painted bike, but don't worry, we all know its a really bike too, not a knock-off open mold.
odd
i DO like that despite all the custom work on this bike, and the obvious nods to carbon and aero and uniqueness ... he still sports the $1.99 steel wire bottle cage.

I'd guess he swapped out the stock fork for something that would tighten up the handling of the bike a little.
Aside from the paint... it's an aero road bike (now). Why not?

as a crit bike the p2c actually makes a lot of sense.
as a road race bike, its a pain in the ass.

The fork has more rake than the standard 3T or Cervelo fork. If it would do anything, it would make the handling much slacker as it increases the wheelbase.

Lititz? Yeah, that's Brett's P2C. His other crit bike is a Leader TT frame.
