I'm going to company training in Wood Dale Illinois for 3-4 days next month. Does anyone know of a pool for morning lap swimming (NOT a masters workout)? Also, a club I could drop in at to use a spin bike and/or treadmill?

You can try the Edge in Bensenville. It’s 25 yards, nothing fancy, but pretty not crowded in the mornings.

Looks like Courts Plus, a little further away, has everything you're looking for. Not sure how crowded the pool is, though.
