Interestingly, went to block someone and it says they were already hidden but I still see them everywhere. Even after toggling it on and off several times

I wonder if it has something to do with the server switch. I don’t why it would but it seems odd that everyone shows up as hidden in their profile.

Is there a way to hide a thread a "hidden" user has started? I'm thinking of one in particular that I'm sure many would prefer not to see anymore.
