fasted training - cross discipline benefit?
Does anyone know if fasted training is discipline specific? (or to the set of muscles being used to be pedantic)

i.e. will a fasted run translate to more efficient fat burning on the bike?

Thanks.

n.b. whilst you are free to debate away on pros/cons and what really is/isn't fasted training I'm just interested in the answer to my question :-)
