I seem to have developed PVC's some time during the 30 odd years of doing this stuff. I don't think there is a great deal I can do about it, but I would be curious to see more data about what my heart is doing in races, my impression is that once is gets going over about 150 it loses some efficiency and starts skipping beats.
I have done the halter monitor and stress echo, etc., but was wondering if there was anything affordable for day to day usage.
