Chip, I think i have the same era model as you, Nintendo w. stick figure riders. I did the whole upgrade research to change mine to the 3D PC based model. It was going to be about $1000. The only thing you would keep off the old model is the bike stand and they have made improvements in that since 95. I have decided to wait a year and just buy a new one, since when I talked to the CT rep. at Ironman FL. he indicated that some folks have had 'issues' with the upgrade. It sounded like it was going to be a duct tape and glue job. So I'll try to sell the old one for a couple hundred once the snow ments. good luck ted3
