audio app for interval training?
Is there an app that can tell me what Rate of Perceived Exertion (RPE) to run at for how long, while i also listen to my own podcasts, audiobooks, music? i.e. i want to do a 30 minute run, i put on a podcast, and it occasionally interjects to tell me to run at 'x' RPE for 'x' minutes. For example, the Nike one had way too much talking / annoying encouragement.

If not - how do people track interval training on their runs without getting disrupted? Just look at your watch and try to remember what the plan is?

Primarily for running, but i guess could also be for cycling (i don't have / won't get a power meter).

Thanks

If you can listen to a podcast while doing an interval, you are probably not working hard enough!

This! Use the Workout creator under Training in the Garmin Connect app.
