While most are trying to get a few updates from Ironman Live, why not follow the U23 ITU Women's Champs on Triathlon.org. They have live video feed, live commentary, splits thru each lap and even play MUSIC to get the most from the LIVE coverage.

I like the ITU coverage too. Of course the multi-lap format really helps keep the action going.

I'd like to see a constant leaderboard somewhere in the window, though.
