Just looking for info. Does anyone know someone with foot arthritis?...I was diagnosed with foot arthritis this week and the doctor said running is over. The damage happened after a cycling accident (July 07) where I sprained my foot and exercised on it for some weeks before consulting...he said I damaged the bones at that point.
Not to say that I believe it until the MRI is back...but for the time being, has anyone been able to keep running with this?.....I am still swimming and biking but the dull pain in the foot remains and becomes stronger as I do more sports...I have not went on a run since august....
any info would help....
