At the gym - yes. Hotter than hell in there.

On the Alter G - yes. Alter G gets hotter than hell.

At home - usually no. In the basement and next to a small window. Most of my indoor running is tempo running during the off-season, so, cold outside to keep me cool.

Fan helps on the treadmill, but, not critical. It's not like the bike trainer, where a fan is a must.

I use one. Unless I'm trying to specifically heat acclimate for some hot weather race and it's cool outside I don't see a reason not to.

All the time. If I forget to turn it on, I'll remember within the first 5 or 10 minutes.

Simple get a big fan on a swivel that has a couple of settings. That way you can recreate a 25mph bike pace and your run pace then just twist it back and forth.

I always do as I like to simulate running into a headwind. I use one on my turbo too for the same reasons.
