I'd head to the bike check in area - should be some local mechanics there that can point you in the right direction.

Another option - We go to Cancun a lot. There is a big triathlete community there. I’ve ridden and rented through Elite Cyclery there.

Lots of people will be coming over in the ferry so getting it to you shouldn’t be a problem.
