Help! After reading the recent post about David's blog, it reminded me of a quote I used to use to get out of bed in the morning at 4:30 and go swimming. Well, I haven't been to the pool in awhile and have since forgotten the quote from him. I believe it was something along the lines of HTFU, but was actaully something that could be printed. It was what he said to himself every morning to get up and start training. Does anyone know what I'm talking about?
