I am looking towards IM Lou as my first IM this year. I did 2 1/2 IM last year plus some sprints and olys. I was thinking of doing the Rockman 1/2 this year. I was wondering what races would provide the best prep for IM Lou. I was thinking either doing the Evergreen Lake oly July 19th and Ironabe oly July 27th or the Spirit of Racine 1/2 July 20th. I tend to recover fairly quickly. Since I live in Springfield, IL Ironabe is a local race for me and Evergreen isn't too far away.
