Go here http://migrate.rockfordtri.com/STDB/index.php
If you were on the IMWI 2006 list simply click "Modify Athlete". On the next page use the pull down to select your screen name and on the right select "American Zofingen duathlon" and then "go". You should then show up on the list below.
If you were not on the IMWI 2006 list simply click "Add Athlete" fill in your screen name and other info and "Go". Then follow the instructions above to add yourself to the race...techinically you should show up here when you reload the page.
