The crank, no idea. Zipp doesn't make it anymore, so you'd basically be hoping that someone else needed only a driveside at one point... But that very easily could have happened.

On the wheel, yes, you can just have the rim replaced. Zipp has a good crash replacement policy. The rim is the most expensive part, but it's not nearly as expensive as a whole new wheel.

Zipp CS can answer both questions for sure on Monday.
