Does anyone who if a Wheelbuilder aerojacket from a Sram S80 (essentially pre-FC zipp) will fit the new Zipp 808 FC? The rim depth is identical at 82 mm...

Yes it will fit, however you will need new fasteners. You can order them from the accessories section of the WB site.
