I own a 2008 rear 808 and was offered a Zipp 900 to use at IM Louisville. The last time I did that race I had a 5:10 bike split. Which rear wheel should I use? Assuming the same fitness level and weather conditions what would the estimate time savings be? Thanks.

You should use the disc. Don't try to calculate time savings. It's too dependent on wind angle, etc. Just use the dang disc. A disc is fastest. ALWAYS.
