Just wondering if anybody has any experiences using both 404s and 606s and if there are really any differences in terms of performance, feel, and aerodynamics?

I love my 606's. Very nice. I can't see why you would want the 404's now that the 606 is available.
I used to have the 404s and now using the 606.
both great! the 606 is ideal for flat course or rolling hills. has almost the same efffect as a disk.
The 404 climbs better and it is more "all-around" wheel.
If you're going to use it for a long time, and not about to replace it after a short time then I would recommend the 404.
