I just picked up a new Zipp 530 wheel set on eBay for $150 with shipping from a seller in Mt. Dora, FL with a 100% feedback score since 2008. Supposedly they were never mounted and never laced. No hubs are included but wheels have decals. Seller didn't even know if they were clincher or tubular or if they're 650c or 700c. For $150 am I crazy for jumping at this deal?

If you do not have any issues with the transaction then no. Now the seller may just be uniformed about the wheels, my 440s throw people off all the time. I hope everything works out for you.

If the outside diameter of the wheel, without a tire mounted, measured in inches is 25, does that equate to a 700c size wheel?
A 700c rim is really 622mm, which is 24.48 inches.
