I have some 2004 Zipp 404 tubular 700s. The front is perfect. The rear has a side-to-side that is ~ 1m, minor and only visibile with teh brkae pads set very close.

I doubt this makes any difference in the ride, but can these wheels be true'd? Is it worth it, just to have a perfect whell, or just let it go?
