So I got a offer to buy a Zipp 1150 Tubular Disc with the Shimano 9/10 freehub. I do not know, however, what something like this would be worth since it is "old" technology. Please give me your wisdom on this so I can put a respectable offer to the seller.

i would double check that the cassette hub is 9/10 speed shimano compatible... these discs came out when you had to use freewheels... unless this has somehow been retrofitted.
