Was just watching Stoltz change a flat followed by throwing his co2 off the trail....really bugs me to see roads paved with gu wrappers etc...now to see this on national TV....shame on anyone that cant stuff the trash in their jerseys.

I thought it was a very nice touch to show all the age group winners. Much better coverage than the crap they show for Ironman.
