Last week I broke a plastic mount on my mini wing. I emailed to find out the part number so I could order a new one since it was not listed on the spare parts page. Not only did they respond really quickly, they took my name and address and shipped out a new one at no charge not even for the shipping. This exceeds my expectations. Great service and great communications.
