Wrench Question - PD Ozero basebar
Just changed out my base bar to a Profile Design Ozero. In my previous base bar I was able to fish the cable through the bar and pull out and slip the housing over it and slide it back in the bar.

Im not able to do this on the Ozero.

Does any one have a tutorial or explanation on how to run the brake cables in this bar.

I couldn't find anything so my google fu must be weak today.

PD customer service was quick with the reply. makes sense.

"First you will want to rout the brake wire backwards. So start with the end without the nub and insert it through the underside of the Ozero bar. Bend the tip before you start so when the wire reaches the grip part of the bar it will guide itself around the corner. A hook like tool to pull it around the corner is useful. Most mechanics have a spoke bent into a long hook for this type of thing.

Once you have the wire in backwards slide the housing over the wire and through the front of the bar. The wire will now guide the less flexible housing through the bar.

Pull the wire out and cut the housing to the length you need."
