Sergio As others have said, for anything over a kilo, unless it is your 30th or 40th time racing the course and you have similar conditions with frequent time check points (like a pursuit on a 250m indoor track) use the PM.
For a TT effort that short, the powermeter will help keep you from going out too hard which would be the kiss of death. The extra 108 grams would cost about 2.5 seconds on a 10% grade over 10 km, right? My math isn't so reliable.

Starting too hard on this climbing TT is no doubt a great risk. Particularly when you just turned 16 and after three stages you are close behind a former TdF stage winner. Sometimes, something more objective than a voice on your head is needed when you want to get even ;)
So it stays on.

PD Shortie aerobars or not for the start of the TT at around 5% grade? They will also serve to position the Garmin in an easier to read position.
